Marissa and I are enjoying an extended girls only weekend - Chris left today for Washington for a gathering of DC's. He will fly home early Sunday afternoon.
Until then, we intend to take long bike rides in the park (Marissa got a new bike and absolutely loves it!), many visits to the playground, long afternoon naps (for me especially!!!), and lots of chocolate - of course!!!

Welcome!
There are currently five members of the Kramp family: Chris - owner of Kramp Chiropractic; Melanie - holding down the fort and caring for our girls; Marissa - 9 yr old daughter; Kaitlyn - 6 yr old daughter, and Elizabeth - 3 yr old daughter. We are currently living in the Charleswood area of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
